I’ll be tak­ing this week off from writ­ing on the blog. But fear not, I defer to some com­pelling thoughts on pri­or­i­ties from a great thinker, Mer­lin Mann:

Mud Rooms, Red Let­ters, and Real Priorities

The rea­son I’m tak­ing this week off is sim­ple. My pri­or­ity is not my task list… it’s my fam­ily. And since I’m off from work tomor­row to spend some qual­ity time with my hus­band, I am say­ing no to writ­ing and yes to liv­ing. Get out there if you can and enjoy the Fri­day for your­self. Life is too short to waste on non-priorities.
